Not the right size or fit? Exchange within 7 days of delivery.
How to exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Keep the item unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- We’ll arrange pickup and send the replacement size, subject to stock.
Not eligible
Customised or altered items and items without tags cannot be exchanged.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My orders until it is confirmed by our team.
Refunds
If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll refund to your original payment method or arrange store credit.
